TRUSTEES EXECUTORS

Special to THE SEE DUNEDIN, Friday. The annual meeting of shareholders of the Trustees, Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand, Limited, was held today, Sir John Sinclair presiding. The directors’ report stated that the profit and loss account showed a net profit for the year of £3,443 6s, to which had to be added the balance of £5,957 14s from last year, making a total at credit of £9,401. An interim dividend of 5 per cent, per annum for the half-year ending September 30, 1929, was paid, abounting to £SOO, leaving a balance to be dealt with of £8,901. Of this balance the directors recommended the following appropriations to be made: A dividend of 2 % per cent., making 5 per cent, for the year, £500; bonus at 35 per cent., £700; to be written off freehold property account, £S96 12s 9d: to be written off office furniture and stationery, £653 7s 9d: balance to be carried forward. £6,151.
