Obituary

MR. T. A. COXHEALThe death has occurred of Mr. Thomas Coxhead at the age of 60 years. He was born at Papatoetoe and as a young man commenced farming at Waerenga. In later years he farmed at Waimate and Waitakaruru. Recently he resided at Buckland. He is survived by two brothers and one sister.

MRS. A. M. SUTHERLAND

Mrs. A. M. Sutherland, of Fonsonby, whose death has occurred, came to Auckland with her parents in the sailing ship Breadalbane in ISSS and had spent nearly all-her life in the Auckland Province. In 1877 she married Mr. Alexander Sutherland, who died some years ago. Mrs. Sutherland was keenly interested in church work, being one of the first members, of St. James’s Presbyterian Church. She leaves no family.
