Dalwood, against an Equity Court verdict, that he should pay £27,000 on account of a certain transaction arising from his purchase of an interest in the "Sunday Times’’ from H. D. Mclntosh. On learning of the decision Daiwood collapsed and became seriously It is understood that the staffs of the "Sunday Times,” which is in the receiver’s hands, have been notified that the paper will not appear again unless a purchaser is found before the week-end.
