Enrolments should be made on Friday, June 6, between the hours of 10 to 12 and 1 to 4 p.m., and 7 to 8 p.m. Holders of Proficiency or Competency Certificates and Junior and Senior Scholarships may attend under the Education Department Regulations for free pupils in Technical Schools. Intending pupils unable to pay the small fee charged should obtain forms for free scholarships under the Elam Bequest (a limited number are available). Classes for Primary School children are held on Saturday morningrs from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.. and evening classes are held for Pupil Teachers desiring to pass Departmental Drawing Examinations.
