FATAL SLEEPING DRAUGHT
ACCIDENTAL OVERDOSE Press Association TE AROHA, Today. George Brown, aged 49, a sharemilker, died suddenly at Manawaru yesterday. At the inquest at Te Aroha this morning, before Mr. Joseph Motley, the coroner, a verdict was returned that Brown died from pneumonia following an accidental overdose of paraldahyde taken for the purpose of inducing sleep.
