LABOURER FOR TRIAL
Charged with indecently assaulting a young woman on June 1, William Marshall Forbes, a labourer, aged 28, was committed to the Supreme Court for trial, by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Police Court this morning. Mr. F. W. Schramm entered a plea of not guilty for accused, and bail was allowed in one surety of £IOO.
