PRESBYTERIAN RALLY

Stanley Jones’s book. “The Christ of Every Road,” was the subject for study at the annual rally of the South Auckland Presbyterian Bible Class district, held in St. John’s Church, Papatoetoe yesterday. The Rev. T. H. Roseveare presided over 170 representatives at the morning session, wh€*n papers were read by the following:—Mr. W. H. Carroll, Manurewa; Mr. R. Oarlick, Papakura; Mrs. Thompson, Papatoetoe; Miss Silk. Clevedon, and Miss Moore. Mangere. The Rev. S. C. Francis, Clevedon, presided over the afternoon session, when the Rev. T. N. Cuttle gave an address. The Howick team won the shield at the sports programme conducted during the recess.
