BETTING IN STREET Press Association HASTINGS, Today. For frequenting a public thoroughfare for the purposes of betting, Mr. A. M. Mowlem, S.M., fined Herbert Reuben Moore £4O and William Gordon Robertson £3O. The hearing of similar charges against William Dow and Henry Gardiner was held over until next Wednesday, bail being fixed in each case at £ 100 self, and a surety of £IOO.
