EX-PRESIDENT’S SECRETARY KNIFED AND BEHEADED WIFE ALSO KILLED Reed. 11.30 a.m. NEW YORK, Mon. A message from Santo Domingo states that officials are aroused by the political assassination at San Jose, Matas, or Virgillio Reyna, secretary to the ex-President Vasquez, whom the agriculturists overthrew in the revolution in February. Reyna was knifed and beheaded in his home. His wife also was assassinated.
