TOURING INFORMATION In order that the information supplied by the A.A.A. and embodied in the “Motorists Road Guide,” may be absolutely reliable the touring manager of the A. A. A. will leave this week for a month’s tour of the Hawke’s Bay, Wanganui, Manawatu, Wairarapa, and Wellington districts. Approximately 2,000 miles will be covered, taking particulars of the latest alterations and improvements to routes, camping grounds, hotels, points of interest and any other features likely to be of advantage to the motoriug public. TOUR BY PATROL A very comprehensive our of the Bay of Plenty is now being carriedout by No. S Patrol of the Auckland Automobile Association. Headlight testing and general service are the main features of his trip, which will extend over four weeks during which he will carry out the programme as outlined below. Headlight testing is for the purpose of adjusting headlights of members’ cars to comply with the Motor Regulations and to assist in overcoming the dazzle menace. This service is free to members and will be extended at Te Puke, Paengaroa, Matata, Whakatane, Taneatua, Opotiki and Tauranga. Wednesday, June 4.—Paengaroa, Maketu Road, and Maketu-te Puke Road. Thursday, .Tune s.—Matata, via Main Highway. Friday. June 6.—Matata and surrounding district. Saturday, June 7.—Matata to Whakatane. Monday, June 3.—Whakatane town. Tuesday, June 10.—Whakatane and district. Wednesday', June 11.—Whakatane to Taneatua. Thursday, June 12.—Taneatua. Friday, June 13. —Taneautua to Opotiki Saturday, June 14.—Opotiki town. Monday.
