Today we have a new leader in the list in Mrs. P. B. SutclifTe. Mrs. Sutcliffe was one of the new entrants, and has recently started an active campaign. Now, in only a few days’ time, she has reached first place in the list. The above photograph shows Mrs. Sutcliffe and her young daughter, Barbara. She has a host of friends, who are anxious to see her a winner, and she is having a great deal of pleasure piling up a winning score.

This ballot is in addition to the regui lar votes allowed on each subscripi tion.

One of the contestants in The Sun's Great, Popularity Campaign Mr. R. H. Potter, of Winstone, Ltd. Mr. Potter is an ex-Auckland hockey representative. He is well known in the sporting world, and has for some time been a referee of hockey matches in Auckland. Mr. Potter says: ‘‘l am out to win one of the big prizes, and I am having a good time doing it. This is a sporting proposition, and my friends are backing me to win. Everyone seems to like The Sun, and the friendly rivalry among the contestants is enjoyed by all.”
