CABINET CHANGES
PREMIER’S RESHUFFLE FORECAST AT HOME NEW JOB FOR MR. THOMAS Reed. 10.5 a.m. LONDON, Sunday. It is understood that the Prime Minister. Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, is shortly making changes in the Cabinet. The “Sunday Express” believes Mr. J. H. Thomas, Lord Privy Seal, will become Secretary for the Dominions, •and will preside at the coming conference, and also that a strong committee, with Mr. MacDonald as president, will be appointed to deal with unemployment.
