MAORI CHARGED WITH OFFENCE From. Our Own Correspondent ROTORUA, Saturday. Following a number of thefts from houses in Rotorua, a Maori, Hapi Williams, was arrested on Friday evening in the vicinity of Judge Holland’s residence. He was charged this morning, before Mr. W. L.
