THEFTS AT ROTORUA
MAORI CHARGED WITH OFFENCE From. Our Own Correspondent ROTORUA, Saturday. Following a number of thefts from houses in Rotorua, a Maori, Hapi Williams, was arrested on Friday evening in the vicinity of Judge Holland’s residence. He was charged this morning, before Mr. W. L. Richards, J.P., with having stolen £SO in cash and goods, the property of Albert George Lowe, on April 25. He was remanded to June 9, the police stating that other charges were pending-
