DOMINIONS’ FOODSTUFFS LONDON, Saturday. The annual report of the Empire Marketing Board draws attention to the record imports by Britain of several foodstuffs from the Dominions. PAPAKURA DAIRY SALE At the first dairy sale of the season held at the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company’s yards at Papakura, competition for dairy cows close to profit was keen. Best dairy cows realised up to £l3 10s; others, £lO lo £l2 15s; backward sorts £8 to £ll 15s; heifers,-best, close to profit, £lO to £l2 15s; backward and inferior, £S to £9 15s; yearling heifers, Jerseys, £3 2s 6d to £3 7s.
