GRAMOPHONE RECITAL

LA GLORIA HALL TONIGHT La Gloria Gramophones, Ltd., invite their customers and friends to another recital of gramophone music, .conducted by Mr. C. B. -Plummer, to oe held in the new La Gloria hall this evening. A special programme lias been arranged to suit all musical tastes, and admission is free. Invitations may be obtained from the La Gloria shop, Karangahape Road. Stuart Bancroft, brother of George Bancroft, served as technical adviser on the latter’s new starring picture. ‘Ladies Love Brutes.” Stuart was formerly in the steel business, and handled the filming of the sequences m which the star appeared as a steel worker. Mary Astor, Fredric March. Stanley Fields, and Ben Play featured roles.
