POPULAR FIXTURE

r pHERE is not a more popular trotting fixture in the Dominion than the winter function staged by the Auckland Club. Being the final turn-out for the season the meeting attracts pacers and trotters from all parts of New Zealand, and with the useful classes arranged for the approaching carnival there should be a large collection of competitors at Epsom on June 21 and 23. The excellent arrangement made by the management for the dates will appeal strongly to visitors as there will be no lost time on the turf. Entries for all events close on Friday next, June 6, with Secretary Mabee.
