JOCKEY BADLY HURT.— Rawhetu (ridden by F. Foster) and Airtight, after colliding in mid-air at the first fence of the double at Ellerslie this morning. Foster was thrown heavily, and Rawhetu, nearer the camera, came down on him. Foster was taken to hospital with severe abdominal injuries. Rawhetu broke a leg and had to be destroyed.
