SIR JOSEPH WARD VERY ILL OFFICIAL REPORT ISSUED Press Association ROTORUA, Today. An official communication has been issued which states: “Sir Joseph Ward is now seriously ill. Prior to the recent Cabinet meeting his medical adviser was very concerned about his marked change in health. However, with the release from the heavy burdens of office it was hoped his health would have changed for improvement: but unfortunately it has not taken place. “At present Sir Joseph Ward’s condition is serious.”
