NEW ZEALAND CHOSEN FOR 1933 HONOUR FOR DOMINION United r.A.—By Telegraph—Copyright Reed. 1.30 p.xn. LONDON, Wed. The Empire Congress of Chambers of Commerce met to decide on a meeting place for 1933. Canada. Australia, the West Indies and New Zealand extended official invitations. After considerable discussion all o-thers withdrew in favour of New Zealand, which was then unanimously selected. EMPIRE ECONOMICS COMMERCE CONGRESS CALLS FOR UNITY POLICY COMMISSION URGED Reed. 10.40 a.m. LONDON, Wed. The Chambers of Commerce Congress resolved to call on the Governments of the Empire to formulate an economic policy of closer co-operation and to appoint a commission on which : business and economic experts will i act, to draw up a scheme for the operI ation or Utis policy. _
