TOWNSFOLK SUPPORT DOCTORS PUBLIC MEETING HELD Press Association TAIHAPE, Today. A public meeting convened by the Taihape Chamber of Commerce and largely attended was held last evening to consider the deadlock in the Taihape Public Hospital. A vote of confidence in the three doctors, Dr. MacDiarmid, Dr. Hay and Dr. Sinclair, who had resigned, was passed. A deputation of three citizens was appointed to wait on the Wanganui Hospital Board on Friday- with a view to restoring the doctors to full authority.
