SPEAKERS REGRET DEATH OF LORD DAVIDSON British Official Wireless RUGBY, Tuesday. Members of the House of Lords today paid tributes to the memory of the late Archbishop Lord Davidson. Special emphasis was laid upon his ability as a conciliator. The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. C. G. Lang, Lord Davidson’s successor In the Primacy, said he had never known a man in whom there was combined a greater sense of the responsibility of his office and a more humble sense of himself.
