PALMERSTON REQUEST Press Association PALMERSTON N., Today. At a meeting’ of the unemployment committee a resolution was passed that the committee, which is endeavouring to assist the Government to alleviate the unemployment situation, considers that there is no justification for withholding from it any information which the Labour Department has regarding the unemployed, and urges upon the Minister the necessity of giving the committee the fullest access to alf local records of the Labour Department in respect to unemployment.
