If your land is Government-owned, your negotiations could be conducted with the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Auckland. Should your landlord be a private owner, the best course is to take the advice of a solicitor. He will protect your interests and should save, you money in the end. I can give you more definite information if you write me again adding details of your position.
