ART EXHIBITION
PUBLIC ATTENDANCE GOOD Big crowds have attended the annual exhibition of the Auckland Art Society which is at present being held in the society’s hall in Kitchener Street. The exhibition this, year is one oC the finest ever held by the society. There are several pictures by Aucklanders, who have been studying overseas and their work gives an added interest to art generally. “Levonshire Cottage.” a delightful water-colour by G. Ball, is the first picture to be sold. It is priced at £ 7 7s. ____________
