Elliott, Auckland’s contender for a place in the team to represent New Zealand at the Empire Games in Canada, was responsible for a great performance in the 110 yards sprint at the Domain on Saturday. His time was 11sec. Two of the four watches clocked him at 10 4-5 sec, which is the world record time.
