BAIL REFUSED
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY CHARGE Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. Bail was refused by Mr. E Mosley S.M., this morning, when George cann. 40, was remanded till June 3 on a charge of attempting to break ai:-l enter the shop of W. E. Munday. Ltd. ® tree L oa Saturday night. The accused was caught by a neighbouring shop owner, who had been disturbed by suspicious sounds. Another man escaped.
