WORK OF THE Y.M.C.A.

MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGN During the next month the Auckland Y.M.C.A. will be making a special effort to increase its membership. At present the number stands at 1.500, but it is hoped to add another 1,000 by means of the campaign. A prospectus has been prepared, giving an adequate idea of the work accomplished by the Y.M.C.A. under war conditions, as well as in time of peace. The prospectus also refers to the calibre of the men associated with directing and controlling the work and | outlines the social, gymnastic, ahtietic ; and inspirational work among young i men and boys.

It will be possible for those unable to participate in the benefits to contribute in order that under-privileged boys may benefit.
