SURPLUS OF £148,979
PUBLIC ACCOUNTS ISSUED COMMENTS IN BUDGET Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The public accounts for the year ended March 31, 1930, were gazetted today. Accompanying them is a memorandum from the Minister of Finance which says that the certified results for the year are as follow: Revenue, £25,349,861; expenditure, £25,200,882; surplus, £148,979. A general statement regarding the account has already been published, and any further comments in respect to the details will be included in the Budget.
