A HIGH TRIBUTE
Dr. Ethel Osborne, who was the only medico to attend the 192 S PanPacific Union Conference at Honolulu, has been asked by the P.P.U. to organise the programme for this year's conference. She is conversant with most of the problems to be discussed at the 1930 gathering and already bears the title of round-the-world commissioner.
