MANAGER FOR SAMOA rress Association WELLINGTON, Today. Tho lion. G. W. Forbes announced today that Mr. F. L. A. Gotz has been appointed general manager of the New Zealand reparation estates in Western Samoa. Mr. Gotz, who is at the present time with the Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, was for a number of years in British Malaya and has an extensive knowledge of plantation work.
