FOUR PEOPLE IN HOSPITAL EARLY MORNING CRASH Press Association OAMARU, Thursday. W hile Mr. John Bishop was returning from a dance at Richmond early this morning, driving a light car, it collided with a lamp-post opposite the racecourse and overturned. The driver and three other occupants suffered severe injuries and wero removed to hospital. The injured persons are:—Mr. Bishop, badly crushed hands a.n«i shock, condition serious: Miss Alice Slavio, severe shock; Miss Muriel Campbell, serious injuries to the head; Mr. L. Harrison, concussion. They are progressing favourably. The road is being repaired at the scene of the accident.
