Rush of Contestants THIRTY-SIX-DAY VACATION TOUR ADDED TO PRIZES ON Saturday a list of entrants in THE SUN’S Great Popularity Campaign will be published. The Campaign Department has been fairly deluged with people desiring to enter themselves, or enter friends in this great competition, and already some 500 nominations have been made. The first list published may be very incomplete as dozens of new names are coming in every day, and everywhere contestants are organising and making plans for getting votes and subscriptions. Scan the list as published on Saturday and see if your name is among those nominated; if you find it there, come to THE SUN’S Office immediately and get free receipt books, and begin piling up your votes. If your name is not there, call on the Campaign Manager immediately and place it there.
NEW PRIZE ADDED: Today we take pleasure in announcing another grand prize to be added to The Sun’s already impressive array. This prize is a 36-days’ Vacation Tour for two people through the wonderland of New . Zealand, and conducted by THE MOUNT COOK TOURIST COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND, LTD. It means that the lady or gentleman winning this prize may select a friend and they will spend 36 days, with all expenses paid, enjoying the beauties of the Dominion. The itinerary of the tour includes several days at the White Star Hotel, Queenstown, Brent’s Hotel, Rotorua, The Chateau, National Park, and the Hermitage. Mount Cook.
