REFORM LEAGUE
DR. HILDA NORTHCROFT SPEAKS AT MEETING WOMEN’S COMMITTEE Dr. Hilda Northcroft presided at a well-attended and enthusiastic meeting of the Women’s Committee of the Reform League, in the league rooms, Southern Cross Buildings, this week. The aims and objects of the Reform Party were discussed by all present, and the activities in the branches were also discussed. The social committee reported on the reeent social held, the first of a series that has been arranged, and which proved most successful. The secretary was instructed to send a letter of congratulation to Mr. W. P. Endean. who was the successful candidate in the Parnell by-election.
