■i) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident happening while the subscriber is carrying another person or riding upon a luggage or pillioncarrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle (j) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber is in a state of intoxication or resulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs, insanity, war, riot, or civil commotion or for an injury arising out of and in the course of his or her employment save as allowed in clauses 2 and 6 hereof » ik) That in the event ot anv dispute between the subscriber and THE SUN as to whether such disablement render rne holder temporarily or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation, it is agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by THE SUN whose decision shall be binding upon the parties (1) That the subscriber was not a cripple at the date of registration im) That the wife or husband of a Home Delivery Subscriber ordinarily residing with him or her shall be deemed to be a Home Delivery Subscriber n) THE SUN reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer at fourteen days notice, such notice to be oublished in THE SUN.
