CONCERT FOR SCHOOL
A musical programme. organised b> Mims Thea Halpin, in aid of St, Patrick’s School, was given in the LeviEady Hall last evening. The programme included songs anti instrumental items and two humorous sketches. An outstanding feature w.»s Mrs. Cyril Tower's singing of Marshal’s “Where Shadows Fall." Mi Geoffrey Odledge sang “For th Gr«=*en" and Mr-. J. -I- Sullivan ‘Tr Piper of Love." “Love, the Jester, yiven by Mis*? Margart t Reilly. w;-> very well received. Mendelssohn - “Song Without Words' was played b: a trio, the Moon- si-tera. Mr Dan I”ood and Miss Vera Harding truvhtimorous sketches. Mr. Haydn Murray a violin solo, and Mr. Len Barn** Verdi's song. “Erl Tu.”
