ANNUAL MEETING HELD

WRIGHT, STEPHENSON AND CO. Press Association WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The 24tli annual meeting of Wright, Stephenson and Company, Ltd., was held at the head office of the company today, in the presence of a large number of shareholders. The profit and loss account, including £37,024 brought forward from last year, showed a credit balance of £ 73.055. The dividend of 7 per cent, on the ordinary shares was declared, and the fixed payment to preference shareholders was adopted, leaving a balance of £38,366 to be carried forward.

Mr. J. A. Johnstone and Mr. R. S. Abraham, the retiring directors, were re-elected.

Messrs. Barr, Burgess and Stewart were reappointed auditors.
