POLICE CHASE NEWSBOYS
RUMANIAN PAPER DEFIES PROHIBITION DECREE ARTICLES ABOUT PRINCE BUKAREST, Saturday. I An article concerning ex-Crown! Prince Carol of Rumania was published, in the newspaper ‘‘The Future” in de- i fiance of the Government, which had prohibited its publication. A strong force of police appeared on the scene, but a crowd of supporters of the Liberal Party blocked their passage. Dozens of newsboys broke through the cordon and ran into the street and sold the paper with the police in hot pursuit. Similar scenes occurred outside the office of the Epoca.
