The Christchurch branch of the Returned Soldiers’ Association has decided to take steps to form a branch of tho Civil Re-establishment League as outlined by tho Returned Soldiers’ Rehabilitation Commission, pending the matter being made a subject of legislation. Tho Patriotic Fund, tho Red Cross Society, the Manufacturers’ Association, the Chamber of Commerce and the Trades and Labour Council have been asked to receive deputations with the object of their appointing representatives on the executive of the league. _________________
