SENATE NOMINEE WISHES STATES TO TAKE OVER POLITICAL SENSATION NEW YORK, Thursday. Mr. Dwight Morrow, who was one ot the American delegates to the Naval Conference, created a political sensation in a speech this evening at Newark, New Jersey, iu which he launched his campaign for nomination to the Senate. Mr. Morroty asked for the repeal of the 18tli Amendment to the Constitution, and the reversion of liquor control to the individual States. He. proposed an amendment to the Constitution, vesting power in the Federal Government to give all possible protection and assistance to those States that desire complete prohibition against invasion from the States that do not desire it.
