NIGHT AND SILENCE
Xight and Silence, hand in hand. Go walking through the dreaming lan* The Xiglit she has a lovely face And Silence moves with elfin grace. As hand in hand they tread the grass And into sleeping houses pass. A child, I crept on tip of toe And looked into the hall below. And saw beyond the shadowed stair Xight and Silence sitting there.
