AFTER RACING HALF-WAY ACROSS THE WORLD to see his son, who had been taken ill at Halifax, Mr. J. A. C. Allum, chairman of the Auckland Transport Board, and Mrs. Allum returned by the Port Huon yesterday, bringing their son with them. After leaving Halifax Mr. and Mrs. Allum visited England. They were photographed at their home this morning.
