CHICAGO, Wednesday. It now transpires that the efforts to secure George Cook < Australia! as opponent to Mickey Walker in a boxing bout at Louisville, Kentucky, on Friday were unavailing. Paul Swiderski (New York) will act as substitute for A 1 Friedman (Boston) in the contest.
