ACCEPTANCES NEXT FRIDAY Handicaps for minor events on the first day of - the Auckland Racing Club’s winter meeting, to be held at Ellerslie on June 3, 5 and 7, are due to make their appearance on Monday.
At the same time any rehandicaps of Wanganui winners will also be announced.
Acceptances for all first-day events., as well as for the Great Northern Steeplechase, are due at 5 p.m. on Friday next, with the secretary, Mr. W. S. Spence.
