I have placed the matter before Cabinet, which after careful consideration has decided that the establishment of a stabilisation fund for the industry could not be agreed upon. i? a ; 1 A l AA t, . However ' is prepared to lend £4,000 tor the purpose of the Association establishing its own fund The amount is to bear 5 per cent, interest per annum, and to be subject to a joint and several signed by owners in the association, to be repayable, as agreed by State Advances Board, which will provide the money.”
