HANDICAPS FOR TOMORROW Pending a decision by the Manukau County Council as to future road events at Mangere, the Auckland Cycle Club has made arrangements to hold a 75miles handicap, six laps, at Henning’s Speedway, Mangere. tomorrow, at 2.30 p.m. The following handicaps have been declared:—S.
