AUSTRALIAN YACHTSMAN’S PLAN CHALLENGE ISSUED United /’.A. —By Telegraphic opyright Reed. 1.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Today. Mr. F. Bennel, of Melbourne, owner of the yacht Oimara, which won last year’s race across Bass Strait, has issued a challenge to Mr. Willi 3, owner of the Sydney yacht Wanderer, to race to New Zealand. Other boats may compete. Mr. Willis, interviewed in 'Sydney, stated that nothing definite had been arranged.
