DANGEROUS DRIVING CHARGE A collision between a motor-cycle cud a horse and gig on the Great South koad at Papakura, on December 11, led to the rider, Percy Keith Dryland, being charged in the Papakura Police Court yesterday with dangerous driving. James Morrileau said he was driving the horse and gig, when defendant, vho was travelling at a fast rate of speed, crashed into his vehicle. The fig was lighted. Evidence was given by Constable Holland to the effect that Dryland had cut the corner, with the result that the cycle was jammed between <he wheel and a shaft. In convicting defendant and ordering him to pay 15s costs, Mr. F. H. Levi'jn, S.M., said he had not exercised proper care.
