ROME, Monday. ‘Signor Benito Mussolini, in addressing an assembly of 30,000 Black Shirts, said: “We are not seeking hasty adventures, but whoever thinks they can halt us do not know the pitch to which I might take the Italian people. “On the day we are attacked I shall launen mem like a thunderbolt against our aggressors.”
