WOMEN TEACHERS MEET
Press Association WELLINGTON, Monday. The Women Teachers’ Association adopted resolutions requesting the reorganising of the supply of handwork material, the increase of the leaving age for children attending special classes to 16, endorsing the principle of efficiency in the appointment of women teachers, married or single, and school-cleaning allowances more commensurate with those paid for secondary schools.
