LIBEL ON MAHARAJA —At the request of the Maharaja of Patiala, one of the best known and richest of the Indian princes, an inquiry will be held into statements made in a recent publication entitled. "An Indictment of Patiala.” The Maharaja states that these accusations were made by powerful and unscrupulous enemies.
